Payment
TWO Teknik Aps accepts online payments with Visa and Mastercard.

The payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK).

TWO Teknik Aps uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders. TWO Teknik Aps’ own website also uses SSL protocol encryption.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

Right of withdrawal

A full 14-day return policy applies to items purchased from our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day on which you receive the order.
– You receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order but delivered separately or in several installments.
– You receive the last batch, or the last part, in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods that consist of several batches or parts.
– The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by you.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the date of cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days at the latest. The notice must be sent by email to info@twoteknik.dk. In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously providing clear notification of your decision.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have acquired a clearly personal character.
– Sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods for which the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services that have been performed, where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium, where the performance has commenced with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements concluded at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be expedited if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the moment of its delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent as COD.

The Condition of the Item upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means that you may test the item in the same manner as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to TWO Teknik Aps to assess the condition of the item.

WarrantyA 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to TWO Teknik Aps within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed upon. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right to complain lapses in the case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

TWO Teknik Aps covers the cost of returning the item to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent cash on delivery (COD).

Customer and Privacy PolicyWe do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. They are only recorded in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
