Payment:
TWO Teknik Aps accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard.

The payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal is granted for goods purchased in our webshop, as the nature of the item means that, according to Danish legislation, no right of return should or can be provided. Please read more on the Consumer Ombudsman’s website.

Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any depreciation of the item’s value that is caused by handling it in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to TWO Teknik Aps to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided for products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to TWO Teknik Aps within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed upon. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right to complain lapses in the case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

TWO Teknik Aps covers the cost of returning the item to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent cash on delivery (COD).
