SPS Primær Vinter offers the same high barrier properties as SPS Primær for sealing and encapsulating PCBs, but it cures already at +1 degree Celsius. This provides a longer and more flexible period for sealing and remediation work, and thus contributes to an improved project economy.

Previously, PCB sealing work has only been possible at temperatures above 12 degrees Celsius. Simply because all available sealing products until now have required a minimum of 12 degrees Celsius, and working at lower temperatures has resulted in increased project costs with winter precautions, and possibly even delays.

SPS Primær Vinter is the world’s only PCB sealer that is usable during the winter season, as it cures already at 1 degree Celsius. SPS Primær Vinter is just as effective as SPS Primær for sealing and encapsulating PCB. Both products allow further work after only 24 hours of curing time. SPS Primær Vinter has been diffusion tested by Dansk Miljø Analyse and the samples show barrier properties of more than 95%. Like the other products in the SPS series, SPS Primær Vinter does not require an epoxy course or special certification.

Indicative coverage with 2 coats:
On concrete 4 – 6 m2 per kg.
